|Bourjois Happy Light Foundation|
Bourjois Happy Light Foundation is the latest addition to Bourjois' already impressive foundation repertoire. This foundation is supposed to make your skin look gorgeous and glowy in every light.
I have actually misplaced my press kit, so I have no idea what the fancy-shmancy ingredients are, or anything like that. I'm just going to give you guys my honest opinion.
|Bourjois Happy Light Foundation Number 55, Beige Rose|
I have used Bourjois foundations on my clients for a while now and I love how easy they are to blend and how long they last. I haven't been able to use any on myself, so this was my first first-hand experience.
Happy Light foundation is crazy easy to use. I just use a squirt on the back of my palm and apply it with a stippling brush or my beauty blender (depending on how much time I have). The consistency is a little on the thinner side, so it spreads really easily, as well. It's a little bit thicker than MAC's Face and Body foundation, and I find it adds just the right amount of coverage - your skin looks polished and even, but the foundation is still undetectable.
It does get a tiny bit shiny on me, as most foundations do, but that issue is easily solved with a little powder or a blotting sheet. I think this will probably be my go-to foundation for the next few months, since it is so easy to use and lasts really well.
I have been wearing Beige Rose #55, which works really well on my NC43-44 skin. It's not too yellow or too pink for me. Hurrah!
Have you tried Bourjois Happy Light foundation? What were your thoughts?
