FOTN - Dinner at Medzo

So please excuse the awful photos, I'm not the best when it comes to taking pictures and I am still working on getting some great FOTD/FOTN pictures!

I was recently invited to check out Medzo, the Italian restaurant at Wafi. But before that I had a facial in Cleopatra's Spa (also in Wafi, full review coming soon!) and I was so happy with how my skin turned out that I decided I had to take some pictures for you guys. (Read on for a review of the restaurant and details on their special offer!)

My skin was so soft and looked so glowy that I didn't even want to wear foundation. Just a touch of concealer :) Looking back, I probably should have blotted my face a little bit more, but I really wanted to give my skin a chance to really soak up all of the moisturizers and serums.

On My Face:
MAC Select Cover Up - NC43
NARS Blush - Orgasm
MAC Mineralize Skin Finish - Medium Dark

Eyes:
Mikyajy 22K Scintillating Brow Powder and Wax - Dusty Brown
MAC Paint Pot - Dangerous Cuvee
DiorShow Mascara

Lips:
Tom Ford Lip Gloss - Rose Crush

Medzo is an award-winning Italian restaurant, and I can definitely see why! The interior of the restaurant is very romantic and cozy. They also have a terrace, which was closed, but looks like the perfect spot for date night when the weather cools.

But the FOOD!! The food was amazing! I started with the Burrata with tomatoes, which was recommended by the delightful Nonna Livia, who runs the restaurant. It was delicious.

I also had the linguini with sauteed lobster, which was, unsurprisingly, delicious as well. And for desert? I had the white chocolate tiramisu. As it turns out, I'm still not a huge fan of white chocolate. But my friend is, and she really enjoyed it.

If you're in Dubai and craving some amazing Italian food, you're in luck. Medzo is currently running a summer offer, where you can buy one main course and get a free one! It's the perfect time to check out what will probably end up being your favorite Italian place. Call 04 324 4100 to book a reservation :)
