H2O Pure Blue Shower Filter

Hair loss is one of the most common beauty complaints that I hear. A lot of people (myself included) have noticed thinning hair and most of us have attributed it to the really hard water that we have here. I've thought about getting a filter for a while, but the truth is that I've always thought they were kind of gimmicky and wouldn't make a significant difference. Boy, was I wrong.

H2O Pure Blue Shower Purifier
I was recently given an H2O Pure Blue Shower Purifier to try out and thought 'what the hell, I'll give it a go'. I was kind of surprised by how small it is, but that little filter is a powerhouse hair-saver!

The water filter and adapter
The filter is super easy to install (I mean, if I can do it, anyone can!) and it also comes with an adapter so you can adjust it to fit pretty much any shower.

The H20 Pure Blue Shower Filter uses a non-toxic filtering media called KDF, which is made of a finely granulated copper-zinc mix. This mix removes chlorine, iron, salt sediments and anything else that can get in the way of shiny, happy hair. The filter also removes about 98% of chlorine, so it is great for dry or sensitive skin.

I noticed a big difference from the first time I used it, but I thought that it might have been the placebo effect. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say that it has cut down on the amount of hair I find in my drain by at least 60%. How amazing is that?? I definitely recommend trying one of these filters if you are dealing with hair loss.

The filters are only AED250 and you can get them from www.h2opureblue.com or from Sisters Beauty Lounge.

Do you use a shower filter?
