Beauty Haul from Manila (Part Two)

Sanispray Sanitizer, Marionaud Eyebrow Spoolie, Tom Ford Lipgloss in Rose Crush, Carmex Lipbalm, NYX Full Coverage Concealer in Orange, Egyptian Magic, Nichido Multiple Stick in South Beach

I picked up the Sanispray because I'm a bit of a germaphobe haha. I love that all (most) of the sanitzers and sprays in SE Asia smell like lemongrass.

I have been obsessed with bold brows this summer, so I stocked up on a couple of these spoolies for my kit and personal use.

I bought this Tom Ford lipgloss at the airport because I was looking for a really pretty polished nude. It doesn't really get more polished than Tom Ford, does it? :)

So many people talk about Carmex Lipbalm and I tried not to give into the hype, but it works so well! It gets rid of chapped skin and softens my lips in like five minutes. I'm definitely going to have to order some.

I saw this Nyx concealer and thought I'd give it a try. I'll have to keep you guys updated, but I really love the slighty drier, tackier texture.

Egyptian Magic is something I've wanted to try for a while. I bought this teeny tiny sample pot and have been using it on blisters and my cuticles. It seems great, so far! I'm just worried about finishing it haha

Finally, the Nichido Multiple Stick. I'm not sure where this brand is from, but the stick seems like a great dupe for NARS Orgasm (which is odd, because it's called South Beach, just like the other NARS multiple!) I'll have to swatch the two to compare them properly.

Organix Keratin Oil Hair Mask and Organix Moroccan Argan Creme Shampoo
I got a Brazilian Blowout when I was away! I got it done in a dodgy little salon near my hotel and I am pretty sure I didn't get all the full treatment (I thought there was a mask applied near the end, but I didn't get one) but even with a half-assed treatment, I am pretty amazed by the results. My hair has been far less tangled, MUCH less frizzy (amazing!) and I can even wash and go (sort of) I'm definitely going to get a full treatment in a few weeks

I bought this shampoo because I read that you need to use a sulfate-free shampoo after the treatment. This shampoo is great, I really like it. I wasn't as impressed by the hair mask, but I'm gonna give it a couple more tries.

Stila Natural Finish Oil-Free Makeup shade g, LA Colors Liquid Makeup Tan, Etude House Mascara Remover, SureWhite Microexfoliant with Papaya 1 and 2.
I've used the Stila foundation before and loved it, but Stila is no longer available over here :( So I bought one when I was away :)

I found the LA Colors foundation in a small beauty store. It was cheap and the shade looked like it would work, so I bought it. It's a little on the mousse-y side.

I have such a hard time removing my mascara, so I thought I'd give this Etude House Mascara Remover a go. So far, I'd rate it a 7.

I normally avoid the whitening products in beauty aisles, but these ones caught my eye. The labels say that they specifically target sunspots, which intrigued me as I've seen a few pop up on my face recently. I haven't really tried them out yet, so look for a review soon :)

Wet n Wild Princess Bronzer, Shawill 6 Color shadow palette, FS single eyeshadows in Enchanting Lilac and Gold Karat
I have been looking for a deep bronzer for a while. This Wet N Wild one is gorgeous, it's got a tiny hint of shimmer but the bronze shade is beautiful and perfect for adding a little warmth and glow to darker skin tones.

I tried a few Shawill eye shadows in the store and was so impressed that I had to buy this little palette. They are powder shadows, but apply like a cream so you get a ton of color payoff. I was worried because they were kind of glittery when I first opened the palette, but I guess the glitter was only the top layer. Phew! They're still metallic shades so you get a lot of brightness :)

Shawill Eyeshadow Palette
Yay! I'm finally done showing you all of my beauty products! Now to figure out where to put them all...haha!

Hope you guys are having a great day!

  1. Ok- you really went crazy with the purchases haha- I was scrolling down and the pics kept coming with no end to the post lol. Re: shampoo- is it thick in texture- it does say "creme shampoo". Also, easy to wash off? I don't have patience to keep washing my hair after the first go. Does it weigh down the hair tho? I have more questions, but will ask when I meet you next :)

  2. I didn't think it was too heavy, especially compared to other 'moisturizing shampoos' that I've used. It's definitely not going to clean your hair like a clarifying shampoo, though. The other ones I've used make my hair feel greasy in a day or two, but not this one. I also didn't notice that it weighs my hair down. I really like it!: )

Thank you for leaving a comment! :)
