|Bobbi Brown Pink Valentine Nail Polish and Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips in Brattlesnake|
I fell head-over-heels in love with this pink nail polish by Bobbi Brown. Appropriately named Pink Valentine, it was released as part of Bobbi Brown's spring collection. It's got such a gorgeous texture, almost gel-like and it only needs two coats, which I find pretty standard with Bobbi Brown nail polish.
I just love this color! It's a bright pink, not neon but definitely not a wallflower shade. It's got just enough kick for the warmer months, without screaming 'summer'. And it's definitely a little more grown up than regular 'Barbie pinks'. I also love the super glossy finish and I got a decent amount of wear from it, around 5 days.
I wore mine with Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips on the ring finger. I was expecting the strips to be just like the other ones I've tried (Nails Rock etc) but they were soo much better! These strips are really thin and have an almost rubbery texture so they stretch and fit your nail without those awful wrinkles. And they last soo long! I think the strips actually lasted longer than the polish! I'm definitely investing in more of these. I think I may have to try the glittery ones next :)
