Scholl Pocket Ballerina
The great folks at Scholl do know feet. And they're constantly coming up with products to make sure our feet are comfortable.
Their newest products are these gorgeous fold up ballerina flats. These are designed for days (or nights) when you walk out in the prettiest heels, then decide that you just can't do it anymore. Like when you realize that you can't physically get your feet to walk you back to the car. Or (like me) you can't drive in heels! Or you have your fancy shoes for an event, but you need something a little more comfortable for the rest of the day.
These little ballerina flats are as cute as they are functional. They have padded full-length insoles for extra comfort (perfect if you're feet are already sore) and they also have elastic trim, so they will fit your feet perfectly. They also come with a plastic pouch that you can use to carry them in. Although, if I were to use them I would probably make DIY small pouch out of some pretty fabric, but that's just me :)
The shoes even come with the standard ballerina flat bows!
They look so cute when they're all folded up!
What I really like about these is that they seem to be pretty sturdy. They're not made for long-term use, but they still have proper soles and everything. They're a lot more like real shoes than any of the other fold-up ballerina flats I've tried. I also like that the soles have a slightly rubbery grip to them, so you won't go flying if you're on slick tiles or carpet.
These shoes are available at Carrefour, Geant and pharmacies across the gulf, starting from Dhs60. BUT....
